We Didn't Just Start a Business. We Built It for Our Daughter.

Emgo Play was born in September 2022, when our founders Genesis and Oswalt started searching for soft play rentals and party entertainment for their daughter Emma's first birthday. What they found was a market with very few options — nothing that matched the vibrant, creative, high-quality experiences they had seen in other countries.

So instead of settling, they decided to build it themselves.

By January 1st, 2023, Emgo Play launched. One week later, Emma turned one — and we celebrated her first birthday with the very equipment we had just brought to Canada. That same week, we had our first two bookings. The week after, two more. And we haven't looked back since.

Our two kids are the reason this company exists, and they're the reason we care so deeply about every single setup we deliver. When we arrive at your event, we're not just a rental company — we're parents who understand exactly what this moment means to you.

We Know Events. Really Know Them.

Genesis didn't start learning about events when she moved to Canada — she started at 17 years old in Venezuela, where she ran her own full-service event agency for 9 years. From intimate birthday parties to large-scale corporate events for clients like the Caracas Metro and major retail chains, she built a reputation for getting every detail right, from the smallest decoration to full catering operations.

After years in Venezuela and Chile organizing events professionally, Genesis and Oswalt brought that same expertise — and a whole lot of passion — to Canada. This time, with a focused mission: deliver safe, beautiful, unforgettable play experiences for children and families across the GTA.

Emgo Play specializes in kids' party rentals — Soft Play sets, Ball Pits, Bouncy Castles, Bumper Cars, and event decor — delivered, set up, and packed away for you anywhere in Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, and the Greater Toronto Area.
